Mary Zellmer-Bruhn is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities’ Carlson School of Management. She earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior, with minor in Sociology, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She studies how people can be better collaborators, especially in teams, and how teams and organizations can leverage diverse knowledge, backgrounds, and experiences. She has particular interest in cross-cultural work, including how to build understanding and tolerance of differences. Dr. Z-B teaches courses on organizational behavior, managing teams, and cross-cultural management to a wide range of audiences including Carlson Executive MBA, Carlson Part-Time MBA, Carlson Executive Education, and Carlson Undergraduate students.
